Top 100 Irish Women in the Philadelphia Area
Pari Livermore and Kathy McGee Burns honor a job well done
Pari Livermore and Kathy McGee Burns established this award to honor women from the Greater Philadelphia Area who have devoted their time, energy and incredible talents in support of the Irish community and culture.
On behalf of the Commodore John Barry Center (also known as The Irish Center), Pari and Kathy reached out to 39 Irish organizations in the Delaware Valley and asked them to select the women who have contributed greatly to the success of their organization. Over 100 women were recognized and chosen by their community for all of their hard work and dedication.
On behalf of the board of the Commodore John Barry Arts & Cultural Center (the Irish Center), I want to thank Pari Livermore and Kathy McGee Burns for spearheading the 100 Irish Women event. It was a huge success not only for the donations it raised for the Irish Center many women and their friends and families who had not visited it in many years.

In addition to honoring all 100 influential women, the event was also a fundraiser for the Commodore Barry Arts & Cultural Center. The day included a complimentary luncheon followed by a dazzling array of special desserts, and celebrated Irish musician T.R. Dallas performed and the dance floor was open.
